About Us:
We are an intense and passionate people that desire to make space for the resting place of God’s presence. It’s our heart to gather the cities of Tidewater to night and day worship and intercession. No longer do we purse events, but a way of living. If we are to see restoration in our land and unity in the Body of Christ, we need to start with humility. It is the foundation of a pure worshiping and interceding heart. We’re not waiting for the next world catastrophe to seek God, our love for Him is the impetus of our Burns! This is placing us in the right position to glorify His greatness and contend for our cities.
Intercessors, musicians, worshipers, psalmist, poets, movement and visual artists, are vital in the work of rebuilding the tabernacle of David. We long to see the different expressions of the worshiping arts, denominations, and cultures gather in this region to minister unto the Heavenly Father!
Acts 15:16-18:
“After these things I will return, and I will rebuild the Tabernacle of David which has fallen, and I will rebuild it ruins, and I will restore it, so that the rest of mankind may seek the Lord, and all the Gentiles who are called by My Name, says the Lord, who makes these things known from long ago.”
Location:
Our current vision is to gather at various Churches and venues in Tidewater to host the Burn. We do at least 24 continuous hours of worship and intercession once a month. In addition, we do Burn pre-views, in which we share who we are and what the Burn looks like. Please contact us to receive more information on how your church can be involved in hosting a Burn.
Involvement:
Contact us for more information on how you can use your worship art form in the Burn gatherings. All are welcomed to come and be free to, release new songs and expressions, as we receive revelations of His greatness! The complete duration of the Burn is broken into 2 hour sets, which can consist of any number of expressions. Some worship with written songs, harp and bowl, instrumental, and spontaneous songs. We aren’t fixed to any of these methods, but strongly encourage spontaneous and original songs from the heart of worship and intercession. We believe God wants to reveal more of His goodness through creativity!
