Henry David Thoreau said that, "The mass of men lead lives of quite desperation". I refuse to silently float downstream in the current of mediocrity hoping to pass through my life in relative ease and comfort. I am born of a generation whose heart is discontent and disillusioned and have found that Jesus Christ is the sole medicine that we can swallow. I believe in the absolute truth of God as revealed in Jesus Christ and I have experienced the transforming power of his love, his word and his Holy Spirit in my life. If you want something bad enough you will forsake all else to find it. I want the dreams in my heart to be made manifest so I moved to Kona, HI last year after meeting Sean Feucht last summer and hearing about the new Fire and Fragrance school starting here. As soon as he told me about it I knew I was supposed to go and be part of it. It confirmed a dream I have had in my heart my whole life to change the world with worship and prayer. The dream has given me light in the darkness, hope in my deepest melancholy, and vision when my earthly eyes have failed. The vision has brought me here to join with a community of people who whole- heartedly love the Lord and each other. I am 32 years old and have spent the better part of those years on a journey of self-discovery. The Lord walked with me through the valley of divorce and we made it a place of springs. I have been to several continents and countries and I have a burden to see the gospel go forth into all the nations of the earth. I want to go all over the world and help release the indigenous sound of worship that rises from each culture like incense to the throne of God. I want to see that fragrance rise in Kona. I have a Bachelors Degree in Theology from Regent University and I am soon to be married to my beautiful fiancé Heather Longoria. We will make our home here and give our hearts to seeing worship rise on this island and spread all over the earth. One thing that I can say about the Lord through all that I have been through is that HE IS FAITHFUL !!!
