The Mystery of the Valley Woman

Last month’s Burn (June) was incredible. The entire Burn was men. However, this last Burn carried a common thread woven throughout - a song of the redeemed women of the land. Something was heavy in the Spirit on the women of this last Burn…

The voice of a Godly woman. How powerful it can be and yet how captive her voice has been in the history of this Valley. Though I haven’t lived here in Boise long, I can tell that the Religious Spirits have targeted the freedom of the godly woman above all things.

WHY?

Because the Enemy knows of her power.

Her voice is akin to a sharp spear that can penetrate even the darkest of night. Her voice, if released, can call forth revivals in the land and set precedent for a mighty move of God. Her voice can dismantle lies and replace the voids with His truths. Her voice can set captives free! Her voice MUST be HEARD, and she MUST have freedom to DANCE!!

Many of you heard of the Jael story that took place upon Table Rock (If not, you can read below in the note titled” Releasing the Spirit of Jael”). I see that even while the woman has been hidden, she has GREAT force in the hiding places. Hence, Jael, while living on the outskirts of town, was the Heroine of the story in Judges 6. What a stealthy lady!!

Likewise, I sense that even through the suppression of the Valley Women (whether it be in church, in the home, in the work place, etc.) She has been heard by God, is being used by God, and has been kept hidden for strategic Kingdom purposes. I see that the KING of kings is releasing all His daughters to open their mouths and sing their songs! Such songs will break ancient shackles off the generations!! Your children and your children’s children will have a voice because of your song!!

…It’s like Miriam, Moses’ sis, in Exodus 15:

God’s people have been in bondage for over 300 years in Egypt. God comes and parts the Red Sea. The enemy is defeated and his forces are chillin’ in their dead bodies at the bottom of the Sea. So what is the first thing the Israelites do when all of this takes place?? Exodus 15:20 – 21…

“THEN Miriam the prophetess took a tambourine in her hand, and all the women followed her, with tambourines and dancing. Miriam prophesied in song to them:
‘Sing to the LORD,
for he is highly exalted…’”

SO ~ Ever wondered where Miriam got the tambourine??? After being in bondage for over 300 years, where in the world would someone get a tambourine?!?

Here you have a BEAUTIFUL picture that reigns true for the Valley: The godly woman and prophetess then picks up the SHACKLES that once bound her and began to shake them like a tambourine! The chains broke off everyone and it was the WOMEN who rejoiced in dance! Because of ONE woman’s freedom to sing and prophesy, ALL the women had the freedom to sing and prophesy!!

A friend of mine shared a map of the Valley with me. She Google-mapped the Valley and traced the mountaintops. She was shocked at what she saw…

The Lord knows and he sees, oh Valley Woman. THIS IS YOUR YEAR! This is the YEAR OF THE WOMAN.
YOU WILL SING!
YOU WILL DANCE!!
YOU WILL BE FREE!!!

AND YOUR VOICE WILL BE HEARD AT THE CITY GATES!!!! So present your requests to God and dance around your enemies!
